Description & Overview

From the descriptive plaques, this is a pygmy forest.  It is also a children's forest.  Descriptive signs were written and drawn by children for children.
The Kiln is about 50 feet out of your vehicle.  You can journey through well maintained rock trails and plant identification throughout the Children's Forest At The Kiln. 
This wonderful historical educational trail is a great activity for families.  Bring a picnic lunch and enjoy an afternoon of exploration, education and history.
